Printer Requires Paper Size Exactly Match Envelope Size

Usually you will leave this option turned off.  Leaving this option off leaves the paper size set to the default of your printer.  This offers the benefit of being able to print closer to the edge of your envelope on some printers.  It also helps in the Print Preview by showing where the envelope will print, relative to a regular sheet of paper.

In some cases you may need to turn this option on.  If you receive an error about a paper size mismatch when printing envelopes, turn on this option.  Some printers require that the paper size be set to exactly the size of the envelope you are printing on.  These printers are often equipped with paper size sensors, and will not print unless your supplied envelope exactly matches the paper size specified.
