Follow these steps to export a Handy Address Book (*.abk) file:

1. Choose File/Export... from the main menu.
2. Select Handy Address Book from the format list, and select whether to export all or only the currently selected addresses.  Press the Next button.
3. Enter the name of the file where you would like the exported addresses to be saved.  You can use the Browse... button to specify the file.  Press the Next button.
4. Adjust the export mapping.  Choose which fields should be written to the exported file.  For details on this see the Export Field Mapping dialog.  Press the Next button.
5. Review the summary of your export settings to make sure everything is correct.  Press the Finish button to perform the export.
