Follow these steps to import a vCard (*.vcf) file:

1. Choose File/Import... from the main menu.
2. Select vCard File from the format list, and choose your preference for handling duplicates.  Press the Next button.
3. Enter the name of the file to import.  You can use the Browse... button to go find the file.  Press the Next button.
4. Review the summary of your import settings to make sure everything is correct.  Press the Finish button to perform the import.
