This dialog is available by selecting the File/Options.../New Task Defaults menu command.
Specify the default settings for all newly created tasks. Set these to your most commonly preferred alarm settings. When creating new tasks the alarm task properties dialog will be initialized to these values, saving you time in specifying them.
