This dialog is available by pressing the "..." button to the right of the "Print Footer" option from within the Page Setup dialogs for any of the List, Details, Booklet, or Small Book printing styles.
The information printed in the footer text can be customized using this dialog. Enter any text you want displayed, and optionally make use of the available data fields. Data fields are displayed in double square brackets, and will be replaced with the appropriate data value when actually printed. A variety of data fields are available, and can be inserted by pressing the Insert Field... buttons.
