Print Preview allows you to verify what will be printed before printing.
From within either the Print dialog, or any of the Page Setup dialog boxes, press the Preview button. The Print Preview window will appear, and show you what your print job will look like. If the print job is more than 1 page long, you can scroll through each page using either the scroll bar, or the buttons in the tool bar.
Press the Setup... button to return to the Page Setup dialog for the currently selected print style. Here you can change any desired settings, and then return to the Preview window again.
Press the Print... button to return to the Print dialog, and continue with your print job.
Press the Close button to cancel printing.
