About Templates

 

Templates are saved column settings for the address list.  Templates remember which columns are displayed, and their order.  Templates are intended to allow you to quickly switch between different desired list view configurations.

 

You can save as many templates as you wish.  To save a template, right mouse click on the list view column header and choose Save New Template... from the popup menu.  You will then be able to assign a name to this new template.  New templates store the current list view settings.  You can also save a new template from the Edit Template List Dialog.

 

To recall a template, right mouse click on the list view column header and choose the desired template name from the popup menu.  You can also recall a template by selecting the Template... button in the Choose List Columns to Display dialog.
