Upgrade Tips

If your current Handy license has a purchase date more than 1 year prior to the release date of the current version, there would be an upgrade fee required to use the new version.  You can check your purchase date within Handy under "Help / About...".  The release date for the current version is shown on the download page.  To upgrade your license visit the purchase page.  For more information, see our notes on the free upgrade policy.

If your current Handy license has a purchase date less than 1 year prior to the release date of the current version you can just download and install the current version from the download page.  The same download is used for evaluation and licensed users.  The program will be licensed once you have entered your license into the program under "Help / Enter License Key...".

To install the new version, just install it right over your current version.  Do not uninstall your current version first.
