Add - Creates a new address
Edit - Modify the currently selected address. This button will be enabled when a single address is selected.
Delete - Deletes the currently selected address(es).
Call - Press this button to have your modem dial the default phone number for the top selected address. Press the down arrow to the right of this button to display a list of all available numbers for the top selected address. To dial any of these numbers, select it from the drop down list. The drop down list also displays recently dialed numbers under the Redial sub-menu. There is also a Speed Dial sub-menu where you can choose to dial any of your defined speed dial numbers, or you can edit the speed dial list from here.
E-mail - Press the button to send e-mail to the default e-mail address for the top selected address. Press the down arrow to the right of this button for more e-mail options.
Map - Press the button to look up a map or get driving directions to the default address for the top selected address. Press the down arrow to the right of this button to choose from any of the available addresses.
Find - Search for an address.
Categories - Adjust which categories are displayed.
Hide - Hides the main window to the system tray, but leaves the program running.
The above items are the default toolbar buttons. Additional buttons and display settings are available by customizing the Toolbar Options.
