The following table displays keyboard shortcuts for main menu items. These shortcuts are also displayed on the menus, next to their associated item.

| Ctrl+P | Print addresses. |
| Ctrl+H | Hides the main window. The program can be quickly restored from the icon in the system tray. |
| Ctrl+Q | Quit the program. |
| Ctrl+A | Add a new address. |
| Ctrl+E | Edit the selected address. |
| Ctrl+D | Delete the selected address(es). |
| Ctrl+C | Copies the selected address(es) to the clipboard. |
| Ctrl+V | Paste addresses from the clipboard into this address book. |
| Ctrl+F | Find an address. |
| Ctrl+W | Publishes your address book to your web site. |
| F1 | Displays the online help contents. |
In addition, there are the following keyboard shortcuts, not directly associated with any menu item.
| Keyboard Shortcut | Action Performed |
| [A-Z] | Quick search text. By just starting to type, your quick search text will be displayed in the status bar. The first matching address will be selected. Continue typing additional characters to narrow your quick search. |
| Enter | Opens the top most selected address in the address editor. |
| Tab | Moves the keyboard focus from the Address List to the left Details Window, to the right Details Window. Keep pressing this key to scroll the focus between these 3 windows. |
| Shift+Tab | Scrolls the keyboard focus backwards between the 3 windows (Address List, left Details, right Details). |
| Delete | Delete the selected address(es). |
